Notary Services
J.A. Miller Enterprises, LLC follows the laws set by the South Carolina State for Notary Public. To view these laws, please visit: https://sos.sc.gov/services-and-filings/notaries. All parties needing documents notarized must be present at time of signing. Document signings will not be conducted or completed without all parties present.
We reserve the right to deny services for unreasonable conditions for wedding services, document
signings and loan modifications due but not subject to weather conditions, emergencies, uncompleted bookings, etc. Should your appointment need to be rescheduled, please contact us at info@jamillerenterprises.com. All emails will be replied to within 48-72 hours.

Tax Services
Please note that once your tax return has been accepted by the IRS, we are no longer included in the process of your tax return completion. You will receive an estimated date of your cash card load, check receipt, or direct deposit and information on how to check your refund status on the IRS website via email.
If your refund is selected for review, you will have 4 business days to provide the necessary documents to complete your review. All documents must be submitted via email. We are not responsible for errors on paperwork and/or receipts provided by customer document submissions. If an error is discovered, you will be notified via email and have approximately 5 business days to correct the error and resubmit. If you require more time to correct any errors, please email us for a rescheduling of your appointment.
We are not responsible for refund deductions due to child support, student loans, state and medical
collections. Payment is due at the time of service! NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS! In the event your payment does not go through, we reserve the right to obtain any funds through legal matters. Accepted forms of payment are only online payment methods. Cash and Check are NOT ACCEPTED!
